钢铁企业水污染物的治理难点及相关技术分析

Difficulties in controlling water pollutants in iron and steel enterprises and related technical analysis

当前,因生产工序复杂、污染物组成繁多、修复难度高等因素,钢铁企业水污染物治理面临重重困难,对生态环境也造成极大破坏,对钢铁企业水污染物进行有效治理迫在眉睫。本文结合钢铁企业废水的来源及性质,对较常使用的综合废水处理、含油乳化液废水处理、酸碱废水处理等进行分析,并结合钢铁企业水污染物的治理难点,分析了几种有效的治理技术,希望为相关工作提供参考。

At present,due to the complex production process,various pollutant composition of pollutants,the difficulty of remediation and other factors,the treatment of water pollutants in iron and steel enterprises is facing many difficulties,which also causes great damage to the environment.It is urgent to effectively control water pollutants in iron and steel enterprises.In this paper,according to the source and properties of wastewater in iron and steel enterprises,the technology of comprehensive wastewater treatment,oily emulsion wastewater treatment,acid-base wastewater treatment and so on are analyzed.In addition,combined with the treatment difficulties of water pollutants,several effective treatment technologies are analyzed,hoping to provide reference for relevant work.
