目前,国家的经济发展迅速,但同时我们也要面对资源严重浪费、环境污染严重的事实,除了农村的环境问题,城市的环境问题向农村转移的情况也需要引起我们重视。本文就新形势下环境保护的问题进行了分析,就如何促进新形势下节能减排与环境保护提出了建议。

At present, the country’s economy is developing rapidly, but at the same time we have to face serious waste of resources and serious environmental pollution.
