乡村振兴战略背景下吉安市农村生态环境治理保护研究——基于井冈山市生态环境局工作的实证调研

Study on the governance and protection of rural ecological environment in Ji’an City under the background of rural revitalization strategy——Empirical research based on the work of Jinggangshan Ecological Environment Bureau

农村生态环境治理是实现乡村振兴的重要举措,针对农村生态环境治理保护中存在着治理体系不完善、治理技术模式单一、治理能力和资金投入不足、公众参与协调性低、制度保障缺乏完整性等问题,通过对吉安市井冈山市生态环境局工作进行实证调研,提出相关保护对策措施,为建立健全长效管理机制,打造"生态宜居"美丽乡村发挥有效作用。

Rural eco-environmental governance is an important measure to realize rural revitalization. In view of the problems existing in rural eco-environmental governance and protection, such as imperfect governance system, single governance technology mode, insufficient governance capacity and capital investment, low coordination of public participation and lack of integrity of system guarantee, this paper makes an empirical investigation on the work of Jinggangshan Ecological Environment Bureau of Ji’an city,put forward relevant protection countermeasures and measures to play an effective role in establishing and improving the long-term management mechanism and building an "ecologically livable" beautiful countryside.
