现如今,大气污染整治问题已经逐渐受到社会各界的重视,很多地区的大气治理与一线城市地区的治理模式相比较弱,由于治理模式、产业、理念以及区域的不同,这就使得大气污染治理一直存在着不平均的情况。因此,在一些地区建立了大气污染物排放权交易机制,并将其相关的制度进行完善,这样才能更好地治理大气污染。

Nowadays, the problem of air pollution control has gradually attracted the attention of all sectors of society. The air control in many areas is weaker than that in the first-tier cities. Due to the different control modes, industries, ideas and regions, there has always been an uneven situation in air pollution control. In order to better control air pollution, we should establish the trading mechanism of air pollutant emission rights in some areas and improve its relevant systems.
