淄博市临淄区危险废物监督管理现状及建议

Status quo and suggestions of hazardous waste supervision and management in Linzi District of Zibo City

《中华人民共和国固体废物污染环境防治法》规定:危险废物是指列入国家危险废物名录或者根据国家规定的危险废物鉴别标准和鉴别方法认定的具有危险特性的固体废物[1]。淄博市临淄区是山东省化工产业集中区,危险废物产生量大、类别多,这些危险废物如果无法规范贮存、安全运输、合法处置、达标排放,势必危害人民群众身体健康、造成环境污染、制约经济向好向善发展。本文分析了淄博市临淄区危险废物管理现状、存在的问题,提出了日后监管的建议。

According to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Solid Waste, hazardous waste refers to the solid waste that is listed in the national list of hazardous waste or identified with hazardous characteristics according to the identification standards and identification methods of hazardous waste stipulated by the state [1]. Linzi District of Zibo city is the concentration area of the chemical industry in the province. Hazardous wastes are produced in large quantities and in many categories. If these hazardous wastes cannot be stored in a standardized manner, transported safely, treated legally and discharged according to the standards, it will inevitably harm the health of the people, cause environmental pollution and restrict the development of economic development. This paper analyzes the present situation of hazardous waste management in Linzi District of Zibo City, existing problems and suggestions for future supervision.
