多巢囊肿综合征不孕患者血NK细胞、CD8^(+)Tc细胞和Th1/Th2与性激素水平关系

The correlation between the levels of NK cells,CD8^(+)TC cells,Th1/Th2 and sex hormone in women with polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:探究多巢囊肿综合征(PCOS)不孕患者血中NK细胞、CD8^(+)Tc细胞和Th1/Th2水平与性激素水平关系。方法:以2018年2月-2019年12月于本院治疗的70例PCOS不孕症患者为PCOS组,正常排卵女性70例为对照组,比较两组NK细胞、CD8^(+)Tc细胞和Th1/Th2水平差异,分析黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平之间差异,NK细胞、CD8^(+)Tc细胞和Th1/Th2与LH、T、FSH、E2、P水平的相关性。结果:PCOS组NK细胞(14.97±4.25)%和Th1/Th2(44.45±10.42)高于对照组[(6.27±1.31)%、20.95±5.42],CD8^(+)Tc细胞(17.27±2.94)%低于对照组(25.77±2.27)%(P<0.05);LH(18.58±5.61 IU/L)高于对照组(6.55±3.99 IU/L),E2(69.22±1.09 pg/ml)、P(0.83±0.36 pg/ml)低于对照组(77.02±1.23 pg/ml、1.87±0.13 ng/ml)(P<0.05),两组FSH、T水平无差异(P>0.05)。相关性分析显示,PCOS组NK细胞、CD8^(+)Tc细胞和Th1/Th2分别与LH、T呈正相关,与E2、P呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:NK细胞、CD8^(+)Tc细胞和Th1/Th2水平与PCOS不孕症患者性激素水平相关,性激素水平紊乱以及免疫功能失衡可能是造成PCOS的重要原因之一。

Objective:To study the relationship between the levels of NK cells,CD8^(+)TC cells and Th1/Th2 of the women with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and their sex hormone levels.Methods:70 women with PCOS were selected in study group from February 2018 to December 2019,and another 70 women with normal ovulation were selected in control group during the same period.The differences of the values of NK cells,CD8^(+)TC cells,and Th1/Th2 of the women were compared between the two groups.The levels differences of the luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2),and progesterone(P)of the women in the two groups were analyzed.And the correlation between the levels of NK and CD8^(+)TC cells,and Th1/Th2 of the women in the study group and their levels of LH,T,FSH,E2,and P was also analyzed.Results:The percentage of NK cells(14.97±4.25%)and Th1/Th2 value(44.45±10.42)of the women in the study group were significant higher than those[(6.27±1.31)%and 20.95±5.42]of the women in the control group,but the percentage of CD8^(+)TC cells(17.27±2.94%)of the women in the study group was significant lower than that(25.77±2.27%)of the women in the control group(P<0.05).The level of LH(18.58±5.61 IU/L)of the women in the study group was significant higher than that(6.55±3.99 IU/L)of the women in the control group,but the levels of E2(69.22±1.09 pg/ml)and P(0.83±0.36 pg/ml)of the women in the study group were significant lower than those(77.02±1.23 pg/ml and 1.87±0.13 ng/ml)the women in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the FSH and T levels of the women between the two groups(P>0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the values of NK cells,CD8^(+)TC cells,and Th1/Th2 cells of the women in the study group were positively correlated with their LH and T levels,and were negatively correlated with their E2 and P levels(P<0.05).Conclusion:The values of NK cells,CD8^(+)Tc cells and Th1/Th2 were significant correlated with the sex hormone levels of the women with PCOS.The sex hormone disorder and the imbalance of immune function may be important reasons of PCOS occurrence.
