重烃进塔顶提高南八深冷装置轻烃收率

摘要 通过调整南八深冷装置关键参数,找出最佳运行工况点,优化重烃进脱甲烷塔的工艺流程,增加塔顶过冷回流量,既提高了油吸收效果,也增大了脱甲烷塔顶CO2的溶解度,防止出现CO2冻堵,有助于进一步降低装置制冷温度,从而提高装置轻烃产品收率,达到增产增效的目的。 By adjusting the key parameters of the South eight cryogenic unit,the optimum operating conditions were found out,the process flow of heavy hydrocarbons entering the demethanizer was optimized,and the flow rate of supercooling at the top of the demethanizer was increased,which not only increased the oil absorption effect but also increased the solubility of CO2 at the top of the demethanizer,the prevention of CO2 freeze-up is helpful to further reduce the refrigeration temperature of the unit,so as to improve the yield of light hydrocarbon products and increase production and efficiency.
