海洋成套压裂设备驱动方式探讨

摘要 压裂工程是油气田前期开发和后续增产的重要措施,目前已成为陆地油气田开采的常规手段,发展日益成熟。海洋油气资源的勘探开发是陆地石油的延续,实施低渗储层压裂改造是发展的必然趋势。中国海洋石油集团有限公司(简称集团公司)从国家能源战略安全和经济社会发展需求大局出发,全力以赴增储上产,着力保障国家能源安全,加大国内油气勘探开发力度,争做国内油气增储上产的“主力军”,并制定了“七年行动计划”。集团公司将“海上深层及低渗油气勘探开发技术”作为科技创新与发展规划重大攻关工程,提出有效动用海上低渗储量,制定压裂开发先导试验计划,探索压裂经济规模开发新模式。海洋压裂施工受作业环境和载体的限制,需对成套压裂设备进行优化配置。对海洋压裂载体配套的成套压裂设备进行了分析,针对不同作业载体提出了配置建议。 CNOOC from the national strategy of energy security and economic and social development needs the big picture,go all out on the basis of production,to ensure national energy security,increase the intensity of domestic oil and gas exploration and development,to be the main force of domestic oil and gas increase in oil reserve and production,and formulated the "seven-year action plan".CNOOC takes"exploration and development technology of offshore deep and low permeability oil and gas"as a major project of scientific and technological innovation and development planning,put forward the effective use of offshore low permeability reserves,formulates the pilot test plan of fracturing development,and explores a new model of economic scale fracturing development.Marine fracturing is limited by the working environment and fracturing carrier,so it is necessary to optimize the complete set of fracturing equipment.In this paper,the complete set of fracturing equipment for Marine fracturing carriers is analyzed,and the optimal configuration suggestions for different carriers are put forward.
