摘要
对比分析了新日铁、住友金属、NKK等公司有关气密螺纹的研究机理,并结合油套管螺纹的使用工况,在满足现场作业的基础上,建立油套管气密螺纹的优选原则:在螺纹基体材料的弹性极限范围内,螺纹密封面的过盈量越大,气密螺纹的密封性能越好。螺纹密封表面的粗糙度和表面处理也对螺纹的密封性有影响,在实际生产过程中应优化加工工艺和表面处理工艺。
The research mechanism of air tight thread in Nippon Steel,Sumitomo Metal,NKK and other companies is compared and analyzed.Combined with the working conditions of oil casing thread,the optimization principle of oil casing air tight thread is established on the basis of meeting the field operation:within the elastic limit of thread matrix material,the greater the interference of thread sealing surface,the better the sealing performance of air tight thread.The roughness and surface treatment of thread sealing surface also have an impact on the sealing performance of thread.In the actual production process,the processing technology and surface treatment technology should be optimized.
