摘要
提出了一种新的应用含特殊硫磷结构的有机脱汞剂对含汞废水的处理方法。研究了该新型脱汞剂对含汞废水的脱汞效率,脱汞剂用量为废水中汞量的1~3倍时,脱汞效率可达99.5%以上,远低于无机脱汞剂的用量。研究发现新的脱汞剂对汞有高度选择性,可减少含汞废渣量,而且对单质汞、离子汞和有机汞都有效,表现出对汞的广谱作用。
A new treatment method for mercury-containing wastewater with organic mercury removal agent containing special sulfur-phosphorus chemical structure was proposed,in order to solve the problem of low selectivity of inorganic sulfide mercury removal agent,invalidation for organic mercury and thus caused large amount of mercury-containing waste solid.The mercury removal efficiency of the new mercury removal agent for mercury-containing wastewater was studied,which can be more than 99.5%with the dosage of mercury removal agent is 1-3 times the amount of mercury in the wastewater,which is much lower than the amount of inorganic mercury removal agent.By comparing the concentration changes of the metal ion in the wastewater before and after the mercury removal treatment,it can be found that the new mercury removal agent is highly selective for mercury,and is effective for elemental mercury,ionic mercury and organic mercury,showing the broad spectrum of effects for all kind of mercury.The application of the new mercury removal agent can reduce the amount of mercury-containing waste solid,and is not limited to the level of mercury content and the type of mercury.It has wide adaptability to wastewater treatment,without the special treatment conditions,and with the characteristics of simple process,low operating cost,and is suitable for Existing precipitation/flocculation processes and equipment.
