摘要
尾气吸收是硫磺回收装置尾气回收的重要环节,关乎尾气排放达标与否,为了进一步提高吸收塔的吸收效果,降低净化尾气中的硫含量,本次模拟主要选择贫液入吸收塔温度、贫液浓度两个优化点,同时在保证净化尾气硫达标的情况下,对再生塔底重沸器蒸汽耗量进行优化,从而对实际操作提出可行性建议,达到了节能减排的效果。
Tail gas absorption part as an important part of the sulfur recovery unit exhaust gas recycling,exhaust emission standard or not,in order to further improve the absorption effect of absorption tower and reduce the sulfur content in the clean vehicle exhaust,this simulation mainly choose the poor fluid into the absorber temperature and concentration of barren solution,two optimization point,and at the same time under the condition of the guarantee to purify exhaust gas of sulfur to amount to mark,The steam consumption of the bottom reboiler of the regeneration tower was optimized,and the feasible suggestions for the actual operation were put forward,and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction was achieved.
