摘要
海上某油田透平发电机燃料气由油田伴生气经过燃料气处理撬处理后提供,受限于海上油田场地紧凑,燃料气品质不能达到透平发电机要求,出现燃料气压力波动大、透平燃气喷嘴积碳严重等现象,继而导致海上油田电网稳定性下降、燃气喷嘴清洗频率较高等不良影响。通过备用天然气冷却器优化利用、燃料气气源优化等工艺流程优化,提升燃气品质,解决了上述问题,保证了电网的稳定性,降低了透平喷嘴清洗频率。
The fuel gas of a turbine generator in offshore oil field is provided by the associated gas of the oil field after being processed by the fuel gas treatment skid.Due to the compact site of the offshore oil field,the fuel gas quality can not meet the requirements of the turbine generator,such phenomena as large fluctuation of fuel gas pressure and serious carbon deposition in the turbine gas nozzle occur,which leads to the decline of the stability of the power grid of the offshore oil field The cleaning frequency of gas nozzle is high,which has adverse effects.Through the optimization of process flow such as the optimal utilization of standby natural gas cooler and the optimization of fuel gas source,the gas quality is improved,the above problems are solved,the stability of power grid is ensured,and the cleaning frequency of turbine nozzle is reduced.
