摘要
通过探讨中医的养生原则,认为无论是强调天人合一,形、气、神三位一体,抑或强调正气,均不能忽视"气"。气作为人体生命要素之一,充斥形体并弥散于身体周围,成为与天地自然相互联系、相互影响的中介。气作为人体生命活性物质之一,不仅可以维持生命,亦可以通过气功锻炼、饮食药物等进行补充与强化,从而提升生命状态与质量"正气存内,邪不可干"。以现代视角观之,养气是养生的根本所在,是中医养生原则与各种方法的核心关键。
This paper holds that Qi should not be ignored,whether it emphasizes the unity of nature and man,the trinity of the body,Qi and spirit,or the healthy Qi by discussing the health preservation principle of traditional Chinese medicine.Qi,as one of the life elements of human body,fills the body and disperses around the body,becoming the intermediary of the interaction with the nature.As one of the active substances of human life,Qi can not only maintain life,but also be supplemented and strengthened by Qigong exercise,diet and drugs to improve the state and quality of life--healthy Qi exists in body can resist pathogenic factors.From a modern perspective,it is the root of health preservation.Therefore,Qi is the key to the principles and methods of health preservation of traditional Chinese medicine.
