行动学习法结合综合性康复方案对脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者康复效果的影响

Effect of Action Learning Combined with Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program on Rehabilitation of Patients with Spinal Fracture and Spinal Cord Injury

目的:探讨行动学习法结合综合性康复方案对脊椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年9月我院收治的86例脊椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用行动学习法结合综合性康复方案。对比两组康复效果及体感诱发电位潜伏期。结果:干预前两组康复效果、SEPs潜伏期对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预6个月后功能独立性评分(85.51±9.55)分,高于对照组的(79.71±10.23)分;观察组的N波(34.35±4.70)ms、P波(41.32±4.37)ms,短于对照组的(37.47±4.51)ms、(44.60±4.29)ms,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行动学习法结合综合性康复方案可有效增强脊椎骨折合并脊髓损伤患者康复效果,缩短体感诱发电位潜伏期,改善脊髓神经功能,值得应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of action learning combined with comprehensive rehabilitation program on patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury.Methods:86 patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury in our hospital from January2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given action learning combined with comprehensive rehabilitation program.The rehabilitation effect and somatosensory evoked potential latency of the two groups were compared.Results:there was no significant difference in rehabilitation effect and SEPs latency between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);After 6 months of intervention,the functional independence score of the observation group was(85.51±9.55),higher than(79.71 9±23),N wave(34.35±4.70) ms,P wave(41.32±4.37) ms,shorter than(37.47±4.51) ms、(44.60±4.29) ms,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Action learning combined with comprehensive rehabilitation program can effectively enhance the rehabilitation effect of patients with spinal fracture combined with spinal cord injury,shorten the latency of somatosensory evoked potential,and improve the spinal nerve function,which is worthy of application.
