基于“坐式八段锦”为核心的护理干预在促进PCI术后患者心脏康复效果观察

The Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on "Sitting Baduanjin" as the Core for Promoting Cardiac Rehabilitation of Post-PCI Patients

目的:探讨基于"坐式八段锦"为核心的护理干预在改善PCI术后患者心功能和生活质量方面的影响。方法:选择2018年8月—2019年10月在我院心内科行PCI术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采取常规治疗及护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用专科护士给予基于"坐式八段锦"为核心的护理干预,观察两组患者出院时和术后3个月的心功能和生活质量的变化。结果:观察组患者干预前心功能、生活质量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义;两组患者组内比较,观察组差异有统计学意义,对照组组内比较差异无统计学意义;术后3个月观察组心功能改善和生活质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以"坐式八段锦"为核心的护理干预应用于PCI术后患者心脏康复中,可有效改善患者的心脏功能,提升其生活质量,值得在临床推广和使用。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on "sitting Baduanjin" as the core in improving cardiac function and quality of life of patients after PCI.Methods:Patients undergoing PCI in the department of Cardiology of our hospital from August 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group(n=40) and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with conventional therapy, while the experimental group was given nursing intervention based on "sitting Baduanjin".The changes of cardiac function and quality of life were recorded at discharge and after 3 months.Results:There was no difference in cardiac function and quality of life between the groups before intervention.However,after 3 months the improvement of cardiac function and quality of life in the experimental group were better than the control group,and this difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention with "sitting Baduanjin" could improve the patient’s heart function and the quality of life in post-PCI patients cardiac rehabilitation.
