摘要
基于云班课的研讨式案例教学,可以为学生的学习创设探究知识和运用知识解决问题的开放情景与途径。本文以“财产保险”的“代位追偿”知识点为例,介绍了这一模式的教学设计和实施过程:课前提前在云班课发布资料,基于热点事件设置出富有吸引力的问题情境。正式上课时以问题导入知识点,并通过典型案例的深入分析与讨论来加深理解。课后基于典型案例提出新的问题,引导学生预习新课和“链接”新知识点。实践证明,这一模式始于问题,最后又以新的问题结束,有利于学生融汇贯通和形成知识体系。同时,有效地改善了大学课堂生态,使传统的“一对多”的授课,变成师生、生生之间的“多对多”交流,取得了良好的教学效果。
Discussion-based Case Study Teaching on the platform of the Cloud Class can help to create an open situation and channel for students’studying and exploring knowledge to solve problems.Taking the knowledge of Principle of Subrogation in the course of Property Insurance as an example,the paper introduces the design and implement processes of this teaching pattern:Before class the teacher upload materials related hot issues with interesting questions inferred.During the process of classroom teaching basic theories are introduced after the questions is discussed and answered,then a typical case is imported to discuss to achieve better understanding of the newly-acquired knowledge.After the class several new questions are inferred to link the knowledge of coming lecture.Practices show that this teaching method starting with questions and ending with new questions is beneficial for the students to digest and form a knowledge system.Meanwhile,it improves the ecosystem of the classroom in the university,making the traditional“1 to many”teaching changes to“many to many”exchanges among students and the teacher so as to achieve better education quality.
