随着加密货币和区块链的出现,加密特性和功能的需求迅速扩展到许多新领域,如医疗保健领域。目前,区块链主要是作为保障电子健康记录(EHRs)安全的一种机制而实施。然而,新的研究表明,区块链技术可以成为强大的工具,使患者能够控制自己的健康数据,并能够实现可靠的健康数据记录和确定医疗责任。此外,随着移动医疗(m-Health)在面向服务体系结构上的持续扩大,将区块链机制适配到移动医疗应用程序中,为更加分散和可用的医疗服务创造了可能性。本文主要介绍当前针对移动医疗的最佳安全实践以及区块链协议最常用和最广为人知的应用,包括移动医疗中的区块链技术,阐述已确定的关于区块链在移动医疗领域的应用、存在问题和潜在用例,以及针对移动医疗服务和应用实施区块链的主要发现、挑战、优势和发展趋势。

With the emergence of cryptocurrency and blockchain,the growth of encryption features and functions has rapidly expanded to many new areas,such as health care.At present,blockchain is mainly implemented as a mechanism to ensure the security of electronic health records(EHRs).However,new research shows that blockchain technology can become a powerful tool to enable patients to control their own health data,and to achieve reliable health data recording and determine medical responsibility.In addition,with the continuous expansion of m-Health in the service-oriented architecture,it is possible to adapt the blockchain mechanism to the mobile medical applications,creating the possibility of more decentralized and available medical services.This paper introduces the current best security practices for mobile medicine and the most commonly used and well-known applications of blockchain protocol,including the blockchain technology in mobile medicine.The main objective is to discuss and elaborate the identified applications,existing problems and potential use cases of blockchain in the field of mobile medical,as well as the main findings,challenges,advantages and development trends of implementing blockchain for mobile medical services and applications.
