普罗布考对早期糖尿病肾病患者氧化应激及转化生长因子-β_(1)的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Probucol on Oxidative Stress and Transforming Growth Factor-β_(1)in Patients with Early Diabetic Kidney Disease

摘要 目的观察普罗布考对早期糖尿病肾病患者氧化应激及转化生长因子-β_(1)的影响。方法选择我院2018年11月-2019年12月确诊的早期糖尿病肾病患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例;对照组采用一般常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用普罗布考治疗,比较两组治疗前后肾脏指标[尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血肌酐(Scr)、血清胱抑素C(Cys C)]、氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]、血脂[胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)]、TGF-β_(1)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果两组MDA、TGF-β_(1)、Cys C、TC、TG及UAER均较治疗前降低,且观察组血MDA、TGF-β_(1)、Cys C、TC、TG及UAER低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组SOD水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组SOD高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论普罗布考可改善早期糖尿病肾病患者血脂水平及氧化应激状态,减轻氧化应激损伤,减少尿蛋白、延缓肾脏纤维化进程。 Objective To observe the effects of probucol on oxidative stress and TGF-β_(1)in patients with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy diagnosed in our hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with probucol on the basis of conventional therapy.The renal indexes[urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),serum creatinine(Scr),serum cystatin C(Cys C)],oxidative stress indexes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)],blood lipids[cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)],TGF-β_(1)levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The levels of MDA,TGF-β_(1),Cys C,TC,TG and UAER in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of MDA,TGF-β_(1),Cys C,TC,TG and UAER in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SOD levels in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the SOD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Probucol can improve blood lipid levels and oxidative stress status in patients with early diabetic nephropathy,reduce oxidative stress injury,reduce urinary protein,and delay renal fibrosis.
