序贯评估病情在脑卒中患者院前急救护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Sequential Assessment in Prehospital Emergency Nursing of Stroke Patients

目的观察序贯评估病情在院前急救脑卒中患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月-2020年10月大连市急救中心接诊的56例脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组采用常规院前急救护理,观察组采用院前序贯评估病情指导急救护理措施,比较两组急救时间、急救前评估时间、GCS评分、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组急救时间、急救前评估时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组GCS评分为(6.08±2.35)分,高于对照组的(5.10±3.20)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(7.14%vs 17.85%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(92.85%vs 82.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论序贯评估病情法在脑卒中患者院前急救护理中应用效果确切,可缩短急救时间和急救前评估时间,降低并发症发生几率,提高护理满意度,有效保证急救质量。

Objective To observe the application effect of sequential assessment in nursing of patients with prehospital emergency stroke.Methods A total of 56 stroke patients admitted to Dalian Emergency Medical Center from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine pre-hospital emergency nursing,and the observation group was treated with pre-hospital sequential assessment of the condition to guide emergency nursing measures.The emergency time,pre-emergency assessment time,GCS score,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first aid time and evaluation time before first aid in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GCS score of the observation group was(6.08±2.35)scores,which was higher than(5.10±3.20)scores of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(7.14%vs 17.85%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(92.85%vs 82.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sequential assessment method is effective in pre-hospital emergency nursing of stroke patients,which can shorten the first aid time and pre-emergency assessment time,reduce the probability of complications,improve nursing satisfaction,and effectively ensure the quality of first aid.
