子宫结合带结构变化与相关疾病的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 子宫结合带(JZ)作为一种特殊过渡结构位于子宫内膜与肌层之间,其在磁共振成像(MRI)中常表现为子宫内膜与肌层之间的低回声带状信号。目前,已有研究发现,子宫结合带结构变化与子宫腺肌病、子宫内膜癌等妇科疾病的发生息息相关,各种辅助检查手段对于JZ异常的提示可以为此类疾病的确诊提供依据。本文主要就目前辅助检查对于JZ结构改变在各种疾病中的诊断进行综述。 As a special transitional structure,the uterine binding zone(JZ)is located between the endometrium and myometrium,which is often shown as a low echo band signal between the endometrium and myometrium in MRI.At present,studies have found that the structural changes of the uterine binding zone are closely related to the occurrence of gynecological diseases such as adenomyosis and endometrial cancer,and the indication of abnormal JZ by various auxiliary examination methods can provide a basis for the diagnosis of such diseases.In this paper,we reviewed the diagnostic methods of JZ structural changes in various diseases.
