二甲双胍联合烘雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症效果及对患者性激素水平的影响

Eflfect of Metformin combined with Eynestradiol Cyproterone in the treatment of Infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome and its eflfect on sex Hormone levels

目的研究二甲双胍联合烘雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的效果及对患者性激素水平的影响。方法选取200例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各100例。对照组采用烘雌醇环丙孕酮治疗,研究组采用二甲双胍联合烘雌醇环丙孕酮治疗。比较两组临床疗效、性激素水平、不良反应发生率、排卵率及妊娠率。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.00%,显著高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组E_(2)、FSH水平明显高于对照组,LH、T水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为2.00%,低于对照组6.00%,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组排卵率、妊娠率分别为98.00%、70.00%,均明显高于对照组的86.00%,45.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合烘雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者效果显著,可改善患者性激素水平,具有安全性,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the effect of metformin combined with eynestradiol cyproterone in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on sex hormone levels.Methods 200 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into control group and study group with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with eynestradiol cyproterone,and the study group was treated with metformin combined with eynestradiol cyproterone.The clinical efficacy,sex hormone levels,rates of adverse reactions,ovulation and pregnancy in the two groups were compared.Results The total eflective rate of the study group was 97.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating honnone(FSH)and testosterone(T)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,E_(2)and FSH levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while LH and T levels were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.00%,lower than that in the control group(6.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the study group were 98.00%and 70.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 86.00%and 45.00%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with ethinyl estradiol and cyproterone has a significant effect in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.It can improve the level of sex hormones in patients and is safe.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
