Objective To study the clinical efficacy of soft capsule progesterone in patients with anovulatory menstruation disorder. Methods 60 patients with anovulatory menstrual disorder were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional dose of progesterone soft capsule, and the experimental group was treated with large dose of progesterone soft capsule. The clinical efficacy, improvement time of clinical symptoms and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 96.67%,significantly higher than that of control group 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of vaginal bleeding, menstruation and endometrial recovery in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.00%in the experimental group and 6.67%in the control group, with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of highdose progesterone soft capsule in the treatment of anovulatory menstrual disorder is superior to conventional dosage, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients more quickly and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
