悬浮酸稠化剂的研究及性能评价

摘要 将速溶稠化剂加入到油相中,用油相悬浮分散稠化剂,形成悬浮酸稠化剂,遇水后利用油相在水相中自然展开,把稠化剂均匀分散在水中。用有机膨润土和乙醇增加油相粘度,硅藻土、粉煤灰与聚丙酰胺改性物颗粒极配,乳化剂提高浆体稳定性,解决了悬浮酸稠化剂溶解慢、易结团、需提前配制的问题。优选的悬浮酸稠化剂基本配方:70 g 26号白油+3 g有机膨润土+0.2 g乙醇+50 g稠化剂2号样+4 g硅藻土+4 g粉煤灰+1.4%OP-10。配制的悬浮酸稠化剂酸化体系能明显降低与岩石反应速率,与常规酸化体系相比,50,70,90℃的动态反应速率降低13倍以上,90℃下腐蚀速率降低50%以上,提高储层岩心渗透率5倍。酸化体系抗温抗剪切效果良好,在90℃下170 s-1剪切2 h后,粘度仍保持在310 mPa·s。0.03%破胶剂加量下,酸液2 h后粘度降至5 mPa·s。特别适合储层进行酸化改造。 The instant thickener was added to the oil phase,and the oil phase was used to suspend and disperse the thickener to form a suspended acid thickener.After meeting water,the oil phase was naturally expanded in the water phase,and the thickener was evenly dispersed in the water.Organic bentonite and ethanol were used to increase the viscosity of oil phase,diatomite,fly ash and polyacrylamide particles were extremely matched,emulsifier improved the stability of slurry.The problems of slow dissolution,easy agglomeration and early configuration of the thickener were solved.The optimized basic formula of suspension thickener is as follows:3 g organ bentonite,0.2 g ethanol,50 g thickener No.2 sample,4 g diatomite,4 g fly ash and 1.4%OP-10 were added into 70 g 26 white oil.Compared with the conventional acidizing system,the dynamic reaction rate at 50,70,90℃is reduced by more than 13 times,and the corrosion rate at 90℃is reduced by more than 50%,and the core permeability is increased by 5 times.The results show that the acidizing system has good temperature resistance and shear resistance,and the viscosity remains at 310 mPa·s after shearing for 2 h at 170 s^(-1) at 90℃.After adding 0.03%breaker and acid solution for 2 h,the viscosity decreased to 5 mPa·s.It is especially suitable for acidizing reservoir.
