摘要
针对聚氧化乙烯(PEO)颗粒在水中易成团,溶解速度缓慢的问题,通过自制脂肪酸酯基聚氧乙烯改性剂,对PEO粉末进行表面改性。结果表明,改性后PEO在水中分散性显著提高,且改性过程不影响PEO主要物性。进一步探讨了改性剂种类、用量、改性时间及改性温度对PEO溶解时间的影响,得到最佳改性条件为:脂肪酸酯基聚氧乙烯(S60)为改性剂,改性温度25℃,改性剂用量为3%,搅拌速率为300 r/min,改性时间120 min。该改性条件下PEO水溶液(质量分数0.5%)的溶解时间缩短了40.0%。
In view of the slow dissolution rate of polyethylene oxide(PEO)in water,PEO powder was modified by self-made fatty acid ester polyoxyethylene modifier.The dispersion experiment in water showed that the dispersion of modified PEO was significantly improved,and the modification process did not affect the main physical properties of PEO.The effects of the type,amount,time and temperature of the modifier on the dissolution time of PEO were discussed.The optimum modification conditions were determined as follows:fatty acid ester polyoxyethylene(S60)was used as modifier,the modification temperature was 25℃,the amount of modifier was 3%,the stirring rate was 300 r/min,and the modification time was 120 min.The dissolution time of modified PEO(mass fraction was 0.5%)was shortened by 40.0%.
