摘要
简单介绍了硅藻土的性能特点及纯化工艺,主要综述了吸附法和光催化法两种甲醛净化机理;以及硅藻土基复合净化材料的合成方法:溶胶-凝胶法、共沉淀法、水热法和水解法4种方法;分析近年来国内外的研究进展,说明了硅藻土基复合净化材料在吸收、净化甲醛等有害气体方面具有很高的研究价值,在实际的生活生产中也具有重要的意义。同时,硅藻土基复合净化材料的研究尚不成熟,对其未来的研究重点和方向做出了展望。
The characteristics and purification technology of diatomite are briefly introduced.The two mechanisms of formaldehyde purification by adsorption and photocatalysis are mainly summarized.The synthetic methods of diatomite based composite purification materials are sol-gel method,co-precipitation method,hydrothermal method and hydrolysis method.Four kinds of methods are analyzed,and the research progress at home and abroad in recent years is analyzed.The purification of formaldehyde and other harmful gases has high research value,and also has important significance in the actual life and production.At the same time,the research of diatomite based composite purification materials is not mature,and the future research focus and direction are prospected.
