摘要
为了快速解决城市道路交通事故引发的一系列交通问题,基于VISSIM仿真提出了可逆车道应用于城市道路应急疏导的新方法.考虑事故占道情况,对应急可逆车道的设置方法,建立了不同事故占道情况下各服务水平交通量对应可逆车道的长度模型和应急疏导效率评价模型.研究结果表明:当事故占车道1和车道2时,可逆车道在B级服务水平以上均适用,而事故占车道1时需达到C级服务水平以上才适用;但在适用范围内,事故占车道1时的疏导效率整体偏高,且在D级服务水平时有最大疏导效率57.08%,事故占车道1和车道2时在B级服务水平有最大疏导效率51.65%.
In order to quickly solve a series of traffic problems caused by urban road traffic accidents,a new method of applying reversible lanes to urban road emergency grooming was proposed based on VISSIM simulation.Considering the accident occupation situation,the setting method of emergency reversible lane was studied.The length models of reversible lanes corresponding to traffic volume at different service levels and the evaluation models of emergency evacuation efficiency were established.The results show that when accidents occupy Lane 1 and Lane 2,reversible lanes are applicable above Class B service level,while accidents occupy Lane 1 need to reach Class C service level.However,within the applicable scope,the diversion efficiency is generally high when the accident occupies Lane 1,and the maximum diversion efficiency is 57.08%at Class D service level and 51.65%at Class B service level when the accident occupies Lane 1 and Lane 2.
