平台工作船阻力尺度效应数值预报

Numerical Prediction of Resistance Scale Effect of a Jack-up Platform Work Ship

摘要 以宽扁肥大海上自升式平台工作船为对象,使用商业软件STAR-CCM+对其静水直航绕流场进行数值模拟.通过对多个尺度工况阻力的数值预报,分析了该船阻力性能及流场随尺度的变化规律.数值结果表明:摩擦阻力在较大雷诺数范围内与ITTC相当平板公式吻合较好,剩余阻力则基本不存在尺度效应;多个尺度数值结果与传统二因次、三因次换算法的外推结果对比表明:二因次换算法应用于本驳船船型的实船阻力预报相对更为准确. Taking the wide,flat and fat offshore jack-up platform work ship as an object,the flow field around its direct navigation in still water was numerically simulated by using STAR-CCM+.Through the numerical prediction of multi-scale resistance,the variation law of the ship’s resistance performance and flow field with scale was analyzed.The numerical results show that the friction resistance is in good agreement with ITTC’s equivalent plate formula in a large Reynolds number range,while the residual resistance basically has no scale effect.Compared with the extrapolation results of the traditional two-dimensional and three-dimensional transformation algorithms,the comparison shows that the two-dimensional transformation algorithm is relatively more accurate in forecasting the actual ship resistance of this barge type.
