摘要
为研究温度对沥青混合料摩擦系数的影响,对不同时刻下的洒水前表面温度、洒水后表面温度、滑块温度、空气温度进行了跟踪观测和相关性分析,并在相应时刻进行了GAC-16、SMA-13、EA-5三种类型沥青混合料摆式摩擦系数的测试,通过对比研究建立了不同类型沥青混合料摆式摩擦系数的温度修正模型.研究结果表明:洒水前表面温度对空气温度变化的敏感性最高、洒水后表面温度次之、滑块温度的敏感性最低;沥青混合料的摆式摩擦系数测试值与温度呈线性负相关关系,其中摆式摩擦系数与洒水前表面温度的相关性最好;建议优先选用洒水前表面温度进行摆式摩擦系数温度修正,条件不允许的情况下可以选用洒水后表面温度、空气温度,不宜采用滑块温度进行温度修正.
In order to study the influence of temperature on the friction coefficient of asphalt mixture,the surface temperature before sprinkling water,the surface temperature after sprinkling water,the slider temperature and the air temperature at different times were tracked and analyzed,and the pendulum friction coefficients of GAC-16,SMA-13 and EA-5 asphalt mixtures were tested at corresponding times.Through comparative study,the temperature correction models of pendulum friction coefficients of different types of asphalt mixtures were established.The results show that the sensitivity of surface temperature to air temperature change is the highest before sprinkling,followed by surface temperature after sprinkling,and the sensitivity of slider temperature is the lowest.The pendulum friction coefficient of asphalt mixture has a linear negative correlation with temperature,and the pendulum friction coefficient has the best correlation with the surface temperature before sprinkling.It is recommended to use the surface temperature before sprinkling water for temperature correction of pendulum friction coefficient.If the conditions are not allowed,the surface temperature and air temperature after sprinkling water can be used instead of the slider temperature for temperature correction.
