邻近建筑物荷载对深基坑坑角效应分析 被引量:5

摘要 以某地在建大型办公楼及其附属设施的建设中的坑中坑型异性深基坑为例,运用MIDAS GTS/NS建立仿真模型,研究了邻近基坑的建筑物对基坑围护结构的水平位移的影响,坑角效应对位移的影响.然后分为在阳角附近和阴角附近两种情况加以描述,通过对无邻近建筑物作用下常规深基坑围护结构变形进行分析,得到了阴角及阳角处坑角效应影响规律.在模型中引入邻近建筑物作用,将建筑物分别作用在基坑阳角和阴角附近,并改变建筑物与坑角水平距离D,得到了坑角效应作用下,阳角及阴角附近邻近建筑物对围护结构变形的影响.拟取无邻近建筑物及邻近建筑物基坑围护结构位移差5.0%为限值,确定了邻近建筑物对围护结构水平位移的影响范围,得到了坑角效应影响下,建筑物影响范围的发展规律. Taking the pit-in-pit heterogeneous deep foundation pit in a large office building and its ancillary facilities under construction as an example,a simulation model was established by MIDAS GTS/NS to study the influence of buildings adjacent to the foundation pit on the horizontal displacement of the retaining structure of the foundation pit and the influence of pit angle effect on the displacement.Then,it is divided into two cases,namely,near the external corner and near the internal corner.By analyzing the deformation of the retaining structure of conventional deep foundation pit without adjacent buildings,the influence law of pit corner effect at the internal corner and the external corner was obtained.In the model,the adjacent buildings are introduced,and the buildings were acted near the external and internal corners of the foundation pit respectively.By changing the horizontal distance d between the building and the pit corner,the influence of adjacent buildings near the external corner and the internal corner on the deformation of the retaining structure under the pit corner effect was obtained.Taking 5.0%as the limit,the influence range of adjacent buildings on the horizontal displacement of the retaining structure was determined,and the development law of the influence range of buildings under the influence of pit angle effect was obtained.
