自然联结对高中生学业倦怠的影响:主观活力的中介作用 被引量:1

The Influence of Natural Connection on High School Students'Academic Burnout:the Mediating Role of Subjective Vitality

摘要 为了考察自然联结对高中生学业倦怠的影响,采用问卷调查法对200名高中生进度调查,结果发现:(1)自然联结与主观活力呈显著正相关、与学业倦怠呈显著负相关,主观活力与学业倦怠呈显著负相关;(2)自然联结对高中生学业倦怠具有显著的负向预测作用,自然联结可以通过主观活力的部分中介作用对学业倦怠产生影响。研究认为,在城镇化日益加速的今天,通过增强高中生与自然的联结,提高其与自然的联结感是预防高中生学业倦怠的一种重要方式。 Based on the theory of natural decompression,200 high school students were tested by questionnaire to explore the relationship between natural connection,subjective vitality and academic burnout.The results show that:(1)there is a significant positive correlation between natural connection and subjective vitality,a significant negative correlation between natural connection and academic burnout,and a significant negative correlation between subjective vitality and academic burnout.(2)Natural connection has a significant negative predictive effect on high school students'academic burnout,and it can also have an impact on academic burnout through part of the mediating effect of subjective vitality.Today urbanization is accelerating.Therefore,enhancing the sense of connection with nature is an important way to intervene high school students'academic burnout.
