环境中重金属分析检测研究进展

Recent development on analysis and detection of heavy metals in environment

环境正面临着重金属污染的严峻形势,因此开展环境中重金属元素的分析检测研发对于重金属污染的监测和防控具有重要的意义。我们对用于重金属分析检测的各种方法包括光谱学、电化学、生物化学方法,以及新发展的其它方法的基本原理、特点、应用范围进行了总结,并对其近年来国内在方法学研究及环境分析应用方面的进展进行了综合评述。最后,根据重金属污染和检测技术研究现状对环境中重金属分析检测的发展方向进行了预测。

The study and development on analytical and detection methods of heavy metals in environment is very important to monitor and control the contamination of heavy metals because we are facing the severe threat from the pollution.In this paper,the principle,characteristics and applicability of various techniques are summarized including spectrometric,electrochemical,biochemical methods,as well as other new developed methods for heavy metals,and their recent domestic progress in methodology investigation and application in environmental analysis is reviewed comprehensively.Finally,the future development trend of analytical and detection technology of heavy metal in environment is forecasted according to the existing state of heavy metal pollution and detection technology research.
