摘要
目的观察基于相对密度测定的中药汤剂质量检验标准模式构建研究。方法选择17种中药饮片,检测中药饮片的吸水系数,评估煎煮中药汤剂的加水量,检测中药汤剂的煎出率,检测中药饮片转换相对密度平台值,计算处方剂量和中药汤剂煎出率的关系,测定中药汤剂的相对密度。结果汤剂理论煎出率(%):y理(%)=[(ρ实测-1)/(ρ理平-1)]X100%;理论相对密度平台值计算公式:ρ理平=(ρ1w1+ρ2w2+…+ρnwn)+1;中药汤剂相对密度检测模型ρ理论=(-0.192ln(x)+1.527)X(ρ1w1+ρ2w2+…+ρnwn)+1,临床处方5个验证误差均较小,说明本中药汤剂相对密度检测模型在处方剂量20-500 g范围内均具有普遍适用性。结论测定中药汤剂的相对密度,和理论相对密度对比,评估中药汤剂质量是否符合质量要求,本方法准确率较高,方法可靠稳定,容易操作,是检测中药饮片汤剂质量的创新。
Objective To construct the quality detection standard models for Chinese medicine decoction based on relative density.Methods 17 Chinese medicine decoction pieces were selected.The absorption coefficient of Chinese medicine decoction pieces,water addition volume,extraction rate and its relative density plateau value were measured;the correlations of prescription doses with Chinese medicine decoction extraction rate were analyzed;the relative density of Chinese medicine decoction was counted.Results The theoretical extraction rate(%):y theoretical value(%)=[(ρactual value-1)/(ρtheoretical plateau value-1)]X100%;the theoretical relative density plateau value was calculated:ρtheoretical plateau value=(ρ1w1+ρ2w2+…+ρnwn)+1;relative density detection modelρtheoretical value=(-0.192ln(x)+1.527)X(ρ1w1+ρ2w2+…+ρnwn)+1;five verification errors for clinical prescriptions were proven to be minor,demonstrating that the relative density detection model for Chinese medicine decoction was applicable to measure the prescriptions at 20-500g.Conclusion The relative density and theoretical relative density is applicable to evaluate the quality of Chinese medicine decoction;the new model is clinically proven to be reliable and easy to control the quality for Chinese medicine decoction.
