To develop clean energy with high quality,China Energy Investment Corporation should pay equal attention to centralized distribution,develop cooperation and improve efficiency,consolidate the first advantage of wind power in the world,vigorously develop photovoltaic power generation,actively develop high-quality hydropower resources,accelerate the integration development of source network charging and storage,multi energy complementary,wind,solar,thermal and hydrogen storage,and build a large-scale comprehensive energy base.Strengthen supervision and assessment,classify and grade authorization,increase incentives,enhance evaluation efficiency,strengthen personnel training,and stimulate the joint force of new energy development in the whole system.Actively cooperate with provincial,municipal and county governments,carry out cooperation with new energy equipment manufacturing enterprises,make good use of financial leasing and other business models,broaden access to high-quality resources,and effectively increase the proportion of clean and renewable energy of the group company.
