CT与CDFI联合应用对PHPT的诊断及甲状旁腺病灶大小与泌尿系结石相关性研究

Combination of CT and CDFI in the diagnosis of PHPT and the correlation between lesion size and urinary calculi

目的CT与CDFI联合应用对原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(PHPT)患者甲状旁腺肿物体积与泌尿系结石的关系。方法选取经我院确诊为PHPT的患者37例为观察对象,根据结石发生次数的不同分为初发组、再发组及多发组,分析三组患者的实验室指标及影像学资料。结果1)三组组间比较,随着结石的发生次数增加血钙升高,血磷降低,甲状旁腺肿物的体积增加;2)泌尿系结石发生次数与甲状旁腺肿物体积两者呈显著正相关;3)CDFI及CT联合检查可增加对甲状旁腺肿物及泌尿系结石的检出率。结论CDFI及CT联合诊断可提高PHPT的诊断率,更好的帮助临床对PHPT患者进行诊治,提高患者的生活质量,减少患者的医疗资金负担。

Objective By CT combined with CDFI to evaluate the relationship between the volume of parathyroid tumors and urinary calculi in patients with PHPT.Methods 37 patients diagnosed with PHPT in our hospital were used as the research object.The patients were grouped according to the number of occurrences of stones,and the laboratory indicators and imaging data of the three groups of patients were analyzed.Results 1)Compared among the three groups,as the number of occurrences of stones increased,blood calcium increased,blood phosphorus decreased,and the volume of parathyroid tumors increased;2)The number of occurrences of urinary calculi and the volume of parathyroid tumors showed signs of both significantly positive correlation;and 3)The combined examination of CDFI and CT can increase the detection rate of parathyroid tumors and urinary tract stones.Conclusion The combination of CDFI and CT can increase the diagnosis rate of PHPT,better help clinical diagnosis and treatment of PHPT patients,increase the quality of life of patients,and reduce the burden of medical funds for patients.
