肺结核合并肺癌的临床特点及MSCT影像学分析

Clinical characteristis of the pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer and analysis of MSCT imaging

目的探讨肺结核合并肺癌患者的临床特点及MSCT表现,以提高其诊断水平。方法选取80例临床确诊为肺结核合并肺癌组患者的临床资料及MSCT影像学表现,并与同期100例单纯肺结核组患者进行对照分析。结果肺结核合并肺癌组在分叶征、毛刺征、阻塞性肺炎或肺不张多于单纯肺结核组,钙化、空洞及空泡少于单纯肺结核组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肺结核合并肺癌的患者有一定的MSCT表现,诊断时密切结合临床及实验室检查,以利于早期诊断,早期治疗。

Objective To analyse the clinical and MSCT characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with lung cancer in order to improve the diagnosis level.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 80 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with lung cancer and CT imaging findings,all of these were compared with those of 100 patients suffering from simple pulmonary tuberculosis.Results Pulmonary tuberculosis complicating lung cancer group with lobulation sign,spicule sign,obstructive pneumonia or pulmonary atelectasis were more than those in the simple pulmonary tuberculosis,but calcification and cavity were less(P<0.05).Conclusion MSCT manifestation of pulmonary tuberculosis with lung cancer patients have certain,closely combined with clinical and laboratory examination at the time of diagnosis is benefit to the early diagnosis,and early treatment.
