CT characteristics and nursing intervention of community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly

目的探讨高龄老人社区获得性肺炎的CT影像特点及护理疗效。方法选取我院46例85岁以上社区获得性肺炎患者资料进行回顾性分析,分析护理干预效果。结果高龄老人社区获得性肺炎临床表现不典型,病灶分布、密度、范围等CT表现多种多样,多合并胸腔积液,积极治疗及护理干预后多数能吸收好转。结论肺CT检查是诊断高龄老人社区获得性肺炎首选检查方法。

Objective To discuss the CT image characteristics and nursing intervention effect of community-acquired pneumonia in the elderly.Methods 46 cases of community-acquired pneumonia over 85 years old who were hospitalized from February 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized,and the effect of nursing intervention was analyzed.Results The clinical manifestations of elderly patients with community-acquired pneumonia were atypical,and the CT manifestations were varied,such as the distribution,density and range of lesions,and most of them were associated with pleural effusion.After active treatment and nursing intervention,most of them could be absorbed and improved.Conclusion Pulmonary CT examination is the first choice for diagnosis of community-acquired pneumonia in elderly patients.
