摘要
本篇论文以现场实际的故障变桨轴承为研究对象,利用宏观检验、微观断口分析、金相检验、化学成分检验、力学性能检测、显微硬度及硬化层深度测试、低倍酸蚀检验等理化检验方法,最终判断出变桨轴承的失效形式为黏着磨损和接触疲劳断裂。
This paper takes the actual faulty pitch bearing on site as the research object,using macroscopic inspection,microscopic fracture analysis,metallographic inspection,chemical composition inspection,mechanical performance inspection,microhardness and hardening layer depth testing,low-power acid corrosion inspection,etc.Physical and chemical testing methods,it is finally judged that the failure modes of the pitch bearing are adhesive wear and contact fatigue fracture.
