某风电场永磁直驱风力发电机组变桨电机电磁刹车故障原因分析

摘要 某风力发电机组在运行寿命期,发生变桨电机超温故障,后因齿形带崩断导致桨叶位置不可控,经排查原因为变桨电机刹车片磨损严重,导致变桨电磁刹车失效,后对故障机组进行电磁刹车摩擦片及齿形带进行更换,并对全场风机变桨电机电磁刹车回路进行排查. During the operating life of a wind turbine,the pitch motor over-temperature fault occurred first,and then the blade position was uncontrollable due to the broken toothed belt.After finding the cause,it was found that the brake pads of the pitch motor were seriously worn and the electromagnetic brake failed.In the end,the electromagnetic brake friction lining and toothed belt of the faulty unit were replaced,and the electromagnetic brake circuit of the pitch motor of the wind turbine was checked.The handling of this accident left us with a lot of reflections.
