摘要 当前最常用的方法是采用纳氏试剂分光光度法测定水中的氨氮含量,从而确定水体是否受到污染。该方法灵敏度较高,且操作比较简单,应用非常广泛。但使用此方法要求的条件比较高,影响结果的因素也有很多,因此在操作过程中要格外注意。 At present, the most commonly used method is to use Nessler’s reagent spectrophotometry to measure the ammonia nitrogen content in water, so as to determine whether the water body is polluted. This method has high sensitivity, relatively simple operation and wide application. However, using this method requires high conditions, and there are many factors that affect the results,so special attention should be paid during the operation.
