摘要
吉安市螺子山污水处理厂提标改造工程由一级B提标至一级A,原设计工艺为MBBR工艺+磁混凝沉淀+次氯酸钠消毒。由于污水处理厂实际进水量大,无法放空氧化沟进行改造,后经过工艺变更,将一期一阶段工艺改为MBR工艺+磁混凝沉淀+次氯酸钠消毒。MBR工艺改造不需要放空氧化沟,工期短,该项目投产调试运行后,出水指标可稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放标准。
The upgrading project of Luozishan sewage treatment plant in Ji’an City is upgraded from level I B to level I A,the original design process is MBBR Process + magnetic coagulation sedimentation + sodium hypochlorite disinfection. Due to the large actual water infl ow of the sewage treatment plant, it is impossible to vent the oxidation ditch for transformation. After process change,the phase I and phase I process is changed to MBR process + magnetic coagulation sedimentation + sodium hypochlorite disinfection.The MBR process transformation does not need to vent the oxidation ditch, and the construction period is short. After the project is put into operation, the effl uent index can stably meet the class I A discharge standard in the discharge standard of pollutants for urban sewage treatment plants(GB 18918-2002).
