中小城市环境治理问题及治理措施

Problems and measures of environmental governance in small and medium-sized cities

随着改革开放的深化以及城镇一体化进程的推进,我国中小城市的经济水平得到了极大的提升。然而在经济发展的同时,资源及能源的无序利用、生态环境的失衡以及环境风险的增强等问题也逐渐显露,影响着中小城市经济的可持续发展。因此,相关政府部门应充分认识到中小城市环境治理过程中的问题,并围绕节能减排来制定与实施环境治理策略,使中小城市在获得更为舒适的生存环境的同时,实现经济的可持续发展。

With the deepening of reform and opening up as well as the advancement of urban integration,the economic level of small and medium-sized cities has been greatly promoted in China.At the same time,the disorderly utilization of resources and energy,the imbalance of ecological environment and the enhancement of environmental risks are also gradually revealed,affecting the sustainable development of the economy of small and medium-sized cities.Therefore,relevant government departments should fully recognize the problems in the process of environmental governance in small and medium-sized cities, formulate and implement environmental governance strategies centering on energy conservation and emission reduction,so that small and medium-sized cities can get a more comfortable living environment and achieve sustainable economic development.
