自然资源利用与生态环境保护问题探究

新世纪下,世界各国均十分重视资源利用与环保事业。其实资源和环境紧密相连,环境就是资源的基础,而资源则存在于环境之中。所以,改善、大力保护生态环境,与更好地开发利用各种自然资源同等重要。基于此,本文从自然资源及有关生态环境角度,针对其中常见的利用及保护问题,提出了有效的解决对策。

In the new century, countries all over the world attach great importance to resource utilization and environmental protection. In fact, resources and environment are closely linked. Environment is the basis of resources, and resources exist within the environment. Therefore, it is equally important to improve and vigorously protect the ecological environment and better develop and utilize all kinds of natural resources. Based on this, this paper puts forward effective countermeasures for the common utilization and protection problems from the perspective of natural resources and related ecological environment.
