Write for the Limited Self:a Reading of Wen Zhen’s Novels

在“80”后作家中,文珍作品的意义确立与她精心设计的书写策略密不可分。她的小说借由爱情破碎的过程展现作为时代症候的虚无,而绝望中的“信”构成了人物自救的一种方式。在双重叙事的互动中,一个具有深度内面自我的主体形象得以呈现,其根本的特征在于获得作为一种现代性精神的自省意识,这是小说中人物性格生成的内在机制,也是文珍主观思想原则的投射。文珍着力描写的就是个体在世界上的局限性,为有限的自我写作构成了文珍的创作旨归。

Among the writers born after the year of 1980.The establishment of Wen Zhen works’meaning is related to her carefully designed writing strategies.Her novels show the nothingness as a symptom of the times through the process of love’s fragmentation,and“faith”in despair constitutes a way for the characters to save themselves.Under the interactive reflection of the double narration,a subject image with deep inner self is set off.Its fundamental feature is to obtain the consciousness of introspection as a modern spirit,which is the internal mechanism of character generation in the novel and the projection of Wen Zhen's subjective thinking principle.In other words,Wen Zhen focuses on describing the limitations of the individual in the world,and the limited self-writing constitutes Wen Zhen’s creative purpose.
