Accessing the Impact of ICT Architecture on Sustainable Practices in Supply Chain:A Literature Review

在全面改造传统供应链流程的过程中,管理者越来越认识到企业必须在其供应链运营中解决信息技术与供应链可持续性问题。一方面,随着对TBL理论的深入理解,学者们在可持续供应链实践探索中除了强化绿色供应链实践这一核心要素,也不断将精益实践、敏捷实践和弹性实践等纳入其构成部分,作为企业和其供应链可持续发展的战略考量;另一方面,可持续实践中可能需要更高效的协作、更及时的信息传输和更透明的流程,推动供应链协作模式进化在供应链践行可持续实践中至关重要。因此,文章将二者纳入综合考量体系,首先从精益供应链实践、敏捷供应链实践、弹性供应链实践和绿色供应链实践的概念、影响因素以及与可持续性的关联进行文献梳理。与此同时,通过对信息技术体系相关概念进行界定,参考供应链领域、可持续供应链领域的相关研究文献,以更深刻地揭示研究问题,理解研究问题的重要性。

In the comprehensive transformation of traditional supply chain processes,managers increasingly realize that companies must solve the following problems:the in-depth application of information and communication technology(ICT)and the implementation of sustainable management policies in the supply chain.On the one hand,given the current theoretical community s understanding of the connotation of sustainable supply chain practices which is undergoing an expansion from being“unary”to being“multiple”,this paper uses the LARG framework to consider lean,agile,resilient and green supply chain practices as a set of elements;on the other hand,many scholars believe that ICT can provide a more effective tool for the supply chain to achieve sustainable goals in companies seeking to implement sustainable policies,rather than emphasizing a sustainable culture.It is clear that companies in the supply chain are aware of the above issues and are trying to explore the role and mechanism of ICT in sustainable supply chain management to cope with the future development of the supply chain.Therefore,this research combs the concepts,influencing factors and their relationship with the sustainability of lean supply chain practices,agile supply chain practices,flexible supply chain practices,and green supply chain practices.Based on the theoretical research and practical status of ICT investment and application in sustainable supply chain management at home and abroad,this paper points out the gaps in current related research fields and puts forward the problems to be studied.
