工作过程系统化的高职“供应链管理”课程教学改革探析 被引量:2

摘要 文章从高职供应链管理课程教学改革的基本情况、课程整体设计思路及内容框架、课程主要采用的教学策略、教学模式、教学方法及手段、教学评价及教改成效等几方面进行了论述。通过工作过程系统化的教学改革,课程从具有明显学科体系特征、以传授知识为主要目的、以章节为基本单元建构知识体系的传统课程,逐步演变为职业活动导向、任务项目驱动、以培养学生的素质和能力为目标、具有典型职业教育特征的现代职业教育课程。在“课程思政”及学生素质能力培养等方面取得了一定的成效。 This paper discusses the following aspects:basic situation of teaching reform of the higher vocational curriculum of supply chain management,overall curriculum design ideas and content framework,teaching strategies,teaching modes,teaching methods and means mainly adopted in the course,teaching evaluation and the effectiveness of teaching reform.Through the working process systematized teaching reform,the course of supply chian management has evolved from a traditional curriculum which has the obvious characteristics of discipline system,the main purpose of imparting knowledge and the knowledge system construction of chapters as basic units to a modern vocational education curriculum which is career-oriented,task project-driven,aimed at cultivating students’quality and ability and has typical characteristics of vocational education.Some achievements have been made in“the ideological and political elements integrated into the curriculum”and the cultivation of students’quality and ability.
