中医药治疗阿司匹林抵抗效果的Meta分析

Meta analysis of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of aspirin resistance

目的探讨中医药治疗阿司匹林抵抗的效果及安全性。方法检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed等数据库,时间从建库至2021年6月,筛选出符合纳排标准的文献进行质量评价与偏倚风险评估,使用RevMan5.3软件对数据进行分析。结果共纳入22篇文献,包括1715例患者。Meta分析结果显示,中药联合阿司匹林组AA诱导的血小板最大聚集率、ADP诱导的血小板最大聚集率、TXB2水平、终点事件发生率均优于阿司匹林组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药联合阿司匹林治疗可有效改善阿司匹林抵抗,达到事半功倍的效果。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of aspirin resistance.Methods The databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,PubMed,etc.were searched from the establishment of the database to June 2021.The literatures meeting the inclusion and exclusion standards were selected for quality evaluation and bias risk assessment,and the data were analyzed by RevMan5.3 software.Results A total of 22 literatures were included,including 1715 patients.The results of Meta analysis showed that the maximum platelet aggregation rate induced by AA,the maximum platelet aggregation rate induced by ADP,the level of TXB2 and the incidence of end events in the traditional Chinese medicine combined with aspirin group were better than those in the aspirin group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with aspirin therapy can effectively improve aspirin resistance and achieve twice the result with half the effort.
