传染科护理人员心理弹性的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of psychological resilience of nurses in infectious diseases department

目的探究传染科护理人员的心理弹性现状,分析其影响因素。方法选择271名传染科护理人员为研究组,另选取153名普通科室护理人员为对照组。收集两组护理人员的相关资料并对比其CD-RISC得分。分析影响传染科护理人员心理弹性的因素。结果研究组的乐观性、力量性、坚韧性得分及CD-RISC总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。性别、学历、职称、工作年限、传染病相关知识掌握程度、社会支持情况、是否满意目前排班情况、对目前工作量和时长的感受、是否曾经参与过公共卫生突然事件处理、是否接受过心理辅导为影响传染科护理人员心理弹性的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论传染科护理人员的心理状况不容乐观,临床需根据上述独立影响因素给予针对性干预。

Objective To explore the current situation of psychological resilience of nurses in infectious diseases department and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 271 nurses in infectious diseases department were selected as research group,and 153 nurses in general departments were selected as control group.The relevant data of nurses in the two groups were collected and their CD-RISC scores were compared.The factors affecting the psychological resilience of nurses in infectious diseases department were analyzed.Results The scores of optimism,strength,tenacity and the total score of CD-RISC in the research group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Gender,educational background,professional title,working years,mastery of infectious disease related knowledge,social support,satisfaction with the current shift arrangement,feelings about the current workload and duration,whether nurses had participated in the handling of public health emergencies and received psychological counseling were the independent influencing factors on the psychological resilience of nurses in infectious diseases department(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological status of nurses in infectious diseases department is not optimistic,and targeted intervention should be given according to the above independent influencing factors in clinic.
