自体脂肪颗粒注射移植法在隆胸术中的应用效果与安全性

Application effect and safety of autologous fat granule injection transplantation in breast augmentation

目的分析自体脂肪颗粒注射移植法在隆胸术中的应用效果与安全性。方法选择2019年1月至2021年1月于我院接受隆胸术的80例患者作为研究对象,根据患者意愿将其分为对照组(n=40,假体隆胸术)和试验组(n=40,自体脂肪颗粒注射移植隆胸术)。比较两组的手术指标、隆胸效果、满意度、并发症发生情况及生活质量。结果试验组的手术时间短于对照组,胸围增加量大于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率、满意度高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。手术后,两组的心理功能、物质生活、躯体功能以及社会功能评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自体脂肪颗粒注射移植法在隆胸术中的应用效果显著,能够优化手术指标,有效减少术后并发症的发生,具有较高的临床推广意义。

Objective To analyze the application effect and safety of autologous fat granule injection transplantation in breast augmentation.Methods A total of 80 patients who received breast augmentation in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group(n=40,breast augmentation with prosthesis)and experimental group(n=40,breast augmentation with autologous fat granule injection transplantation)according to their wishes.The surgical indicators,breast augmentation effect,satisfaction,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group,and the increase of chest circumference was greater than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment and satisfaction in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the scores of psychological function,material life,physical function and social function of the two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The autologous fat granule injection transplantation in breast augmentation has a significant application effect,which can optimize the surgical indicators and effectively reduce postoperative complications,with high clinical promotion significance.
