可视化穿刺系统在经皮肾镜碎石术治疗无积水肾结石中的安全性和有效性

Safety and effectiveness of visual puncture system in kidney stones without hydronephrosis treated with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy

目的探究可视化穿刺系统在经皮肾镜碎石术治疗无积水肾结石中的安全性和有效性。方法选择2018年1月1日至2020年12月31日收治的400例无积水肾结石患者作为研究对象,根据单双号编号法随机将其分为对照组与试验组,各200例。对照组给予常规经皮肾镜碎石术治疗,试验组给予可视化穿刺系统经皮肾镜碎石术治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果试验组的手术出血量、手术用时、术后疼痛程度、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的WBC、Scr水平低于对照组,HGB水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,结石清除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论可视化穿刺系统经皮肾镜碎石术治疗无积水肾结石患者,能够提高结石清除率,降低并发症发生率以及手术出血量,缩短手术用时及住院时间。

Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of visual puncture system in kidney stones without hydronephrosis treated with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.Methods A total of 400 patients with kidney stones without hydronephrosis treated from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to single and double number numbering method,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional percutaneous nephrolithotripsy,and the experimental group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with visual puncture system.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The blood loss during operation,operation time,degree of postoperative pain and hospital stay in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of WBC and Scr in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of HGB was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the stone clearance rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with visual puncture system in the treatment of kidney stones without hydronephrosis can improve the stone clearance rate,reduce the incidence of complications and the blood loss during operation,and shorten the operation time and hospital stay.
