摘要
目的探究血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)和糖类抗原125(CA125)联合检测在宫颈癌患者中的诊断效能。方法以2018年1月至2020年5月我院收治的100例宫颈癌患者为试验组A,同时选取100例宫颈癌前病变患者为试验组B,以100名健康体检女性为对照组。检测受检者的血清AFP、CEA、CA199和CA125水平并分析检测结果。结果试验组A的血清AFP、CEA、CA199、CA125水平均高于试验组B和对照组,且试验组B高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清AFP、CEA、CA199、CA125联合检测诊断宫颈癌的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、误诊率、漏诊率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为86.00%、98.50%、94.33%、1.50%、14.00%、96.63%、93.36%。结论血清AFP、CEA、CA199、CA125联合检测诊断宫颈癌的灵敏度、特异度以及准确度均较高,可较好地检出疾病,有助于更好地指导患者接受针对性的治疗干预,以促进预后的改善。
Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of combined detection of serum alphafetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)and carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)in patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2020 were selected as experimental group A,100 patients with cervical precancerous lesions were selected as experimental group B,and 100 healthy women with physical examination were selected as control group.The levels of serum AFP,CEA,CA199 and CA125 were detected,and the test results were analyzed.Results The levels of serum AFP,CEA,CA199 and CA125 in the experimental group A were higher than those in the experimental group B and the control group,and those in the experimental group B were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of serum AFP,CEA,CA199 and CA125 in the combined diagnosis of cervical cancer were 86.00%,98.50%,94.33%,1.50%,14.00%,96.63%and 93.36%respectively.Conclusion The combined detection of serum AFP,CEA,CA199 and CA125 in the diagnosis of cervical cancer has higher sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,it can better detect the disease,which is helpful to better guide patients to receive targeted treatment intervention and promote the improvement of prognosis.
